Adult Psychiatric Services

Take a Virtual Tour

Ridgeview's Adult Psychiatric Services provides state-of-the-art, individualized care for the full range of psychiatric disorders.

To meet each person's particular needs, we offer inpatient, partial hospitalization (with or without our on campus recovery residence) and intensive outpatient treatment. Our adult inpatient unit provides crisis stabilization, 24-hour nursing care, medication management, and ongoing assessment, as needed. Partial hospitalization provides full day treatment for those needing a less acute level of care than inpatient. Our adult psychiatric partial hospitalization program offers a variety of specialized treatment tracks that address patients specific therapeutic issues.

For people who need help becoming and remaining psychiatrically stable, Ridgeview offers a safe, caring environment.

The intensive outpatient program provides treatment for those transitioning from inpatient or partial hospitalization or individuals needing a less acute and structured level of care. Patients in this level of care are often able to continue working or remain in school while in treatment.

Our highly trained and caring staff provides treatment within comfortable, homelike surroundings at all levels of care. Our programming including special-issues group meetings and social/recreational activities is creative, nurturing, and flexible, tailored to the current group of patients.

Young Adult

Our Young Adult Psychiatric track treats patients ages 18 - 26 experiencing psychiatric disorders. Whether this is the first time a young adult is experiencing a psychiatric disorder or has a history of prior treatment, there is great benefit for the young adult to be treated within a group of peers as they share similar age-related life stressors. Our staff works closely with our young adult patients and their families to teach coping skills for managing illness and the importance of ongoing support and therapy as they move forward in life.

Dual diagnosis

This track is designed for patients who have a psychiatric disorder co-occurring with an addiction. Ridgeview addresses both problems, providing treatment and tools to help the patient simultaneously work toward recovery from addiction and manage the psychiatric illness.

Our trauma track provides treatment for those coping with traumatic experiences, recent or past. Specific groups and treatment methodologies provide needed support and healing for this population. Patients in the trauma track learn how traumatic experiences affect self-worth and daily living. They are taught the skills needed to cope with trauma and its perceptual and emotional impact.
