ALUMNI ASSOCIATION STEERING COMMITTEE
The Ridgeview Alumni Association Steering Committee is a group of people in active recovery who have completed treatment at Ridgeview and have volunteered to serve the recovering community at large by planning and participating in various Alumni functions.
Our Purpose is to promote recovery though fellowship, service and unity. The ONLY requirement for membership is a desire to serve and active participation in a 12 step program.
What we do:
The Ridgeview Alumni Steering Committee sponsors a monthly speaker meeting and chairs approximately 45 12-Step meetings per month in the cottages and on the Ridgeview campus. The Alumni sponsor various activities including dances and lake outings. We publish a newsletter several times a year using articles and poems from the personal experience, strength and hope of the Alumni and Ridgeview Staff. And most of all we have FUN!
Where and When we meet:
The Steering Committee meets every Thursday at 5:45pm in the Pro-north building on the Ridgeview Institute campus. Our main purpose is to promote and sustain recovery through fellowship, service and unity.
